At least not that way. If you're waiting for the game to scare you, you will be disappointed. 
Overall this game sadly isn't a new installment in the series (nor the fourth opus some of us are dying to get and see on our shelves), but since it has the best couple main character-immersion of the original trilogy, you will happily (re)discover this little jewel. This game doesn't.
Meatloaf's reminiscence about a back-seat love affair is a 14-minute tour de force penned by Jim Steinman. The song was a part of a longer, epic teen drama which formed the basis for the album Bat out of Hell (1978), which ultimately achieved platinum status seven times over. In one of rock's strangest twists, singer Karla DeVito appeared in the famous video version of the song, though on the record the female part was played by Ellen Foley; neither woman became famous in her own right, though one might've predicted it would've been a lucky break for any background vocalist. Perhaps they were lucky; as it is, they are saddled with the identity of the women who repeatedly sang the lines, 'Cause we were barely 17 and we were barely dressed.' As the loving couple in the song covers the bases, the game is called by announcer and former Yankee Phil Rizzuto. But it is Meatloaf's vocal performance that provides the meat here; sweaty, impulsive, full of bravado, and with no shame, the Loaf plows through the verses and changes in the song's tempo and range with operatic dexterity. There are no known existing rock band covers of the song -- it would be akin to a mere mortal band attempting something as over the top as Queen's 'Bohemian Rhapsody' -- it simply can't be done. However, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Plays the Music of Meatloaf contains an orchestrated, instrumental version of the rock opus.

A fabulous book. Couldn't put it down. Read it from start to finish in one sitting. Will read it again at a slower pace. Loved the characters. Got so invested in what was happening that I couldn't/didn't want to stop reading. This may be the author's best work yet - and that's saying a lot considering how many of her books I've read and loved.

4 ⭐s for this one. Loved it. This is a great story about twins and romance. I really enjoyed it because I’m also a twin (identical) and my sister I dated twins once. And me and my twin have had a lot of ups and downs in our relationship and I thought the author did a awesome job with this.
I loved the chemistry between the two main characters and I didn’t want to put it down. Lots of fun stuff going on in this one.

Kathryn R. Biel's latest novel, 'Paradise by the Dashboard Light' is a witty, funny, sexy read. I loved the premise - two childhood friends reconnect after ten years and one huge secret. Fun read!

Absolutely loved this book. I love that Kathryn Biel will write her stories from the perspectives of two or more people. I'm hoping for a part 2 with this book, maybe something that spends more time on Rio's Family
I believe I have mentioned it before in reviews of other books by Kathryn R. Biel: I simply love her characters! They usually don't have it easy, they all have their baggage, and they occasionally mess up - but they feel real, and I can't help but keep rooting for them.
Rio and Ian are no exception. And even if I sometimes felt like a slap upside the head might have been in order for one or the other, their hijinks kept me up way past a reasonable bed time, I just couldn't put the book down.

This was the first book I have read from the author. I enjoyed the story about two life long friends meeting again after 10 years and reconnecting and seeing that a sweet and funny story enfolds. Rio and Ian have great chemistry and some of the one liners they come up with are hilarious.

I have read several books from Kathryn R Biel in the past, and I always find myself enjoying the stories. This one I really became invested in, and it’s definitely full of complications. It was fascinating reading about the hot and cold relationship between Rio and Ian, and the complicated past they share.
